At Le Seul | Luxura Style LLC, we are committed to offering an exceptional luxury shopping experience. However, in the rare instance that you encounter an issue with your purchase, our refund policy ensures you are supported.
How to Request a Refund:
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team via email at info@luxarastyle.com within three (3) days of receiving your item. Requests made outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
**Eligible Refund Scenarios:**
Luxura's refund policy covers the following issues, provided that you initiate your request within three days of receipt:
- The item is substantially delayed in shipping or transit.
- The item was damaged during transit.
- The item you received is incorrect or does not generally match the size, color, description, condition, or photos listed.
- The item is counterfeit or fake.
Please note that we may require the return of your item before issuing a refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Opening or using the product, or removing tags, will disqualify the item from a refund or reduce the eligible refund amount.
Ineligible Refund Scenarios
Le Seul | Luxura Style LLC does not offer refunds in the following cases:
Consumable Products: Items that have been consumed, used, or opened in a way that alters their value.
High-Value Items: For high-value items (Item Prices over $750 USD), refunds are only provided if the item is missing, incorrect, damaged in transit, or deemed counterfit by Authenticate First authentication service.
Clearence, Final Sale, and Project Pieces: Refunds will not be issued for any reason on items marked as or sold from the Clearance and Project Pieces catalog.
Customs Fees: Refusal to pay applicable customs or duties does not qualify the order for a refund. Additionally, any customs fees or duties paid are not eligible for a refund.
Digital Content: Items such as downloadable content are ineligible for refunds.
Refusing Delivery: Refusing delivery of your purchase does not qualify the order for a refund.
Incorrect Item Returned: Returning an incorrect item will disqualify the order from a refund.
Off-Line Transactions: Any transactions that occur outside of Luxurastyle.com or le-seul.com are not eligible for a refund through this website. Refunds are bound by, and issued through the website or online retailer used to complete the purchase.
Potential Fraud or Abuse: Le Seul | Luxura Style LLC reserves the right to deny refunds if there is any indication of refund fraud, abuse of policy, or violation of our terms.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, Luxura Style LLC will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. If a return is required, the refund will be processed once the returned item is received and verified by our team. If you have not received your refund within 14 days of the item being delivered back to us, please contact our support team.
